Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation or modification of an order within 48 hours of placing a confirmed order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Are there any cancellation charges?

No. We do not charge any cancellation fee for eligible cancellation requests made within the specified time.

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of individual products before dispatch.

Cancellation by Maniratnam Jewellers

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical or human error
  • Incorrect product information
  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Payment verification failure
  • Inability to contact the customer for order confirmation
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Refund Policy

For eligible cancellations made before dispatch:

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days.
  • Credit/Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (where applicable), refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after verification.

Return Policy

Eligible jewellery may be returned according to the conditions mentioned below.

Returned products must include:

  • Product certificate (where applicable)
  • Original packaging
  • Barcode or product tag
  • All accessories received with the order

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging

Product Certification

If a product certificate is lost, customers may request recertification where applicable.

Additional certification and courier charges may apply.


Return Inspection

Every returned product undergoes inspection by our Quality Assurance Team.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after verification that:

  • The product is unused
  • Original packaging is intact
  • All supporting documents are available

Coupon & Promotional Offers

If an order was purchased using:

  • Promotional Discounts
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Special Offers

Only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded.

Expired promotional offers cannot be reactivated after cancellation or return.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the invoice and product certificate.
  4. Hand over the package to the assigned courier partner.
  5. Our Quality Team will inspect the returned product.
  6. Once approved, the refund or exchange process will begin.
